1. Purpose of Policy

However, we do not undertake to keep the website updated. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on the website or if that information is not up-to-date
4. General Conditions
- 4.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- 4.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- 4.3 You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Any offer for any Product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
5. Service Availability
- 5.1 We are working on our international presence, however at this time this Website and our Products are only available to people residing in Australia, as such we do not accept orders from individuals outside Australia.
6. Your Status
- 6.1 By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are resident in Australia.
7. Product Orders
- 7.2 By placing an order with us, you make an offer to enter into an agreement to purchase the Products as contained in your order.
- 7.3 Features and specifications of our Products may be subject to change without any notice to you. The size and weight of all Products provided are approximates only.
- 7.4 We are an online business and will primarily communicate with you via email. It is your responsibility to ensure the details you enter are correct and the email that you nominate is regularly checked for receipt of correspondence
8. Cancellation Policy
- 8.1 Due to the nature of our business BestBuy Online requires a minimum notice of 3 hours prior to 12pm on the day of shipment to receive your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by emailing our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
9. Promotions; Giveaways and Discount Vouchers
- 9.1 We are always looking for ways to make our customers smile, and as such we try to provide weekly promotions and giveaways. For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.
10. Availability and Delivery
- 10.1 After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from BestBuy Online containing your order details to the email address used to place the order.

- 10.3 Delivery addresses and the day of delivery may not be altered once an Order has been placed. BestBuy Online reserves the right to alter the day of delivery without notice.
- 10.4 Unfortunately, BestBuy Online cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
- 10.5 BestBuy Online accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. BestBuy Online will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
- 10.6 BestBuy Online will not replace or provide a refund for any Products ordered by the customer by mistake.
- 10.7 Customers must notify BestBuy Online if they have received an incorrect Product or are missing a Product within 24 hours of delivery by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Missing products will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon code will be created to be used with the customers next order
- 10.8 Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement product, refund or credit.
- 10.9 BestBuy Online reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.
11. Risk and Title
- 11.1 The title in the Products will pass to you from the time of delivery. Title to the Products will otherwise remain with BestBuy Online.
12. Price and Payment
- 12.1 The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
- 12.2 We may change Product prices and delivery charges at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
- 12.3 Payment for all Products must be by Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
13. Our Refund Policy
- 13.1 Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error, and/or driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.
- 13.2 This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the Product.
- 13.3 If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact our Customer Care team on email@example.com within six (6) hours to organise re-collection of that order. All Products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
- 13.4 Failure to contact BestBuy Online within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.
- 13.5 BestBuy Online may refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and/or you have been incorrectly charged.
- 13.6 All Products and orders must be returned in their original condition.
- 13.7 Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order if there is no fault on the part of BestBuy Online.
- 13.8 Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of BestBuy Online will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer. BestBuy Online will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.
- 13.9 For any delivery or Product issues or feedback, please contact our customer care team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- 13.10 Photos of the Product and / or delivery are required to assist in our investigation. For minor complaints, a voucher code may be offered in lieu of a refund.
14. Warranties and Disclaimers
- 14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranties or representations about this website or the Content, including but not limited to warranties or representations that they will be complete, accurate or up-to-date, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from viruses, or that this website will be secure.
- 14.2 We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate without notice your access to this website, any Content, or any feature of this website at any time without notice and we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result.

- the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
- 19.1 If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. User Comments, Feedback and other Submissions
